Salomi Prinsloo presents regular art workshops in Stilbaai, a beautiful and tranquil town in the Western Cape. She has conducted workshops nationally and abroad and runs Visual Art Centre, teaching beginner and advanced students on a regular basis. Salomi shares her passion for acrylic painting with beginners and artists wish to improve their present standards during these workshops. The painting holiday is designed to rejuvenate artistic souls and creativity. The course includes demonstrations and exercises in acrylic to unlock a creative response. It includes composition, different techniques, plein air painting, abstraction, development and presentation of your work. From Stilbaai, Salomi runs workshops April, July and September holidays. Dates for the workshops can be obtained by contacting Salomi The workshops are presented in a stylish, comfortable home close to the river. She endeavors to keep her numbers to not more than eight to ensure individual attention. Husbands, wives and partners are welcome to join the artists with accommodation and peripheral activities, breakfast, teas, reviews and lunches. For those not participating in the workshop, Stilbaai offers wonderful activities and attractions such as a golf course overlooking the ocean, walking trails, long outstretched beaches, whale watching, fishing, swimming and canoeing.
